This information (including, but not limited to, your domain name and/or IP address, screen size, color settings, browser and operating system) is logged on the third party monitoring system. This information is used to develop website additions to fit the most common systems of our users and to provide analysis of site traffic to our advertisers.
We may determine that a certain user or group of users is violating this Policy and we may use the information collected in our logs to determine the best approach to handling such violations. Information regarding these decisions will not be sold or rented, but may be shared with outside agencies for security purposes.
“Unsolicited” means that the recipient has not granted verifiable permission for the message to be sent. “Bulk” means that the message is sent as part of a larger collection of messages, all having substantively identical content. “Spam” means the message that is both Unsolicited and Bulk.
The Eagle Online does not support nor tolerate sending of Spam and supports measures to eliminate or reduce the sending of unsolicited bulk e-mail.
